Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events), processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Mirror Esthetics is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at Mirrorestheticsg1@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order ships.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Mirror Esthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim with them directly. We recommend selecting shipping with signature confirmation for high-value orders.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours at Mirrorestheticsg1@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.
Orders financed through Affirm follow the same shipping policies as all other orders. Affirm financing approval does not affect shipping timelines.
